Registering Additional Exhibition Staff
If your company requires additional exhibitor staff to attend one (1), two (2) or three (3) days of the Audiology Australia National Conference 2018 Trade Exhibition, please click on the below 'Exhibitor Registration' button the appropriate person.

This button allows you to register additional exhibitor staff for the duration of the Trade Exhibition. In addition, you are able to book accommodation and purchase guest tickets to the Audiology Australia National Conference 2018 social functions as well.

WHAT IS BUMP-IN TIME?

Sunday 20 May from 4.00pm - 8.00pm.

All booths must be show ready by 8.30am on Monday 21 May 2018.

Please note: This does not refer to the building of custom booths. Custom booth builders will be allowed earlier access on Sunday 20 May 2018. This will be communicated through Harry the Hirer once the bump in schedule has been established.

WHAT IS BUMP-OUT TIME?

Wednesday 23 May from 1.30pm (at the conclusion of lunch).

Please note - all booths must remain in place until 1.30pm.

Please note: access for bump-out for custom builders will be from 2:00pm on Wednesday 23 May 2018.

WHAT ARE THE ARRANGEMENTS FOR DELIVERY OF FREIGHT TO THE EXHIBITION?

To assist the smooth delivery of goods to your booth within the exhibition area, we have allocated a preferred freight forwarding company - DB Schenker, for deliveries to the exhibition area.

All event-related items must be delivered by courier or freight forwarder to the loading docks.

ICC will not sign possession of goods from couriers on behalf of exhibitors. To avoid issues with the delivery of your goods always ensure that a representative is on-site to take possession of these goods.

Goods must not be sent to the loading dock before the scheduled times for the move-in of your event and all goods must be collected by the end of the official move-out time.

A delivery label must be affixed to each item sent to the ICC. All labels must be marked with name of event, room/hall and date of event. The exhibitor delivery label will be available for download soon.

ICC Sydney manages its own loading docks. To assist with the safety aspects of traffic management, move in/move out delivery schedules must be scheduled using the Loading Dock Management System. The use of this system will identify expected traffic peak periods during each day, and details of contractors and exhibitors requiring loading dock access.

WHAT DO I DO ABOUT STORAGE OF CRATES/BOXES?

As there is no storage facilities onsite. You must arrange for storage of any crates, pallet or boxes that you might have. Please liaise with DB Schenker on options for storage.

ICC Sydney operates two 24 hour car parking stations with a total of 826 parking spaces including 11 disabled parking bays, 25 motorcycle parking spaces, 50 bicycle racks and 20 electric car charge spaces.

Sponsorship funds are allocated to the conference costs including speakers, program, equipment and audio-visual. The delegate registration fee covers catering, entertainment and social functions.
